A Court Appointed Las Vegas Judgement Enforcement Receiver Is Here to Help
FedReceiver professionals have been appointed in cases involving millions of dollars in unpaid judgments on behalf of judgment creditors. Our team is skilled in rapid response, asset tracing, and the use of forensic accountants, private investigators, digital forensics experts, and other professionals to maximize judgment recovery.

Here’s how a Las Vegas Judgment Enforcement Receiver can help you:
Under Nevada law, a court may appoint a receiver in aid of execution to help enforce a judgment. Similar to California’s Civil Procedure rules, Nevada statutes allow the court to direct a judgment debtor to assign rights to income or assets—such as rents, royalties, or business revenue to a receiver. A Las Vegas Judgment Enforcement Receiver assumes many of the same powers as the creditor and is authorized to seize, manage, and liquidate assets to satisfy outstanding debts.
-
Real Estate
Real estate owned by the judgment debtor may be managed, leased, or sold to help satisfy the judgment.
-
Businesses
A judgment debtor’s business may be placed under receivership. The business may continue operating under the receiver or be sold under court order to recover funds for the creditor.
-
Personal Property
Tangible personal property may be seized and liquidated to enforce the judgment.
-
Business Personal Property
Assets such as equipment, inventory, or vehicles may be secured and sold for creditor recovery.
-
Receivables
The receiver can redirect and collect business receivables owed to the judgment debtor.
-
Intellectual Property
IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, or patents may be appraised and sold as part of the enforcement process.
-
Interests in LLC/Partnerships - Charging Orders
Charging orders may be issued to intercept a debtor’s share of profits from LLCs or partnerships, which can then be redirected to the receiver.
-
Art
High-value artwork can be appraised, secured, and sold under court supervision to contribute toward judgment satisfaction.
-
Stock/Bonds/Securities
Publicly traded or private securities may be sold to liquidate value for the creditor.
-
Misc. Investments
Other types of investment holdings may also be subject to seizure and liquidation by the receiver in aid of execution.

Judgment Enforcement Receiver FAQs
What is a post-judgment receivership?
A post-judgment receiver works for the benefit of the judgment creditor. The receiver can take possession of the assets of the judgment creditor, take any positive cash flow, or sell the assets to satisfy the judgment, all pursuant to court approval. Read more.
Who cannot be appointed as a receiver?
In the state of California, court-appointed receivers must be qualified to serve as receivers.
