On or about October 6, 2025, upon the application of the United States Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”), the United States District Court for the District of Nevada appointed Stephen J. Donell as Temporary Receiver for American Tax Service LLC, American Tax Solutions, American Tax Solutions LLC, ATS Tax Group LLC, Elite Sales Solutions, GetATaxLawyer.com LLC, TNT Holdings Group LLC, TNT Services Group LLC, TNT Tax Associates Inc., and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Receivership Entities”).  The Receiver has assumed authority and control over the Receivership Entities, and is in the process of examining their business and financial activities, including in connection with services marketed to their customers.

Moving forward, the Receiver will post updates regarding the pending receivership and post copies of pleadings.
